BRAIDS
Susan Deliss has a private collection of many textiles, including Central Asian and Anatolian hand woven tent, camel and horse bands, and 19th century Moroccan hand embroidered sashes and panels.
Susan Deliss was inspired to rework and recolour some of the patterns on these bands and textiles in her own distinctive way to create her braid collection.
We hope they inspire you.
Susan's braids are embroidered on wild silk that she has specially woven.
