Perfectly precise and immaculate late 18th century craftsmanship and exquisite dyeing from south-eastern France is the basis of this design, Wildflower. Working with fragments of cloth, perhaps ironically - and certainly serendipitously - that Susan found in England, she rescaled, reworked and recoloured a tiny antique print to create this design.  She named the collection to which these prints belong Avignon, after the town in the South of France that has provided her with much creative inspiration and joy.
